 PAN MIXER (With Double Reduction Gear Box) is used to prepare Fal-G, fly ash based binder by thoroughly grinding 80% Fly ash with 16% Hydrated Lime and 4% calcined Gypsum. The resultant compound possesses 50% the strength of commonly used OPC cement. The produced compound costs 25% of the normal cement and hence imparts 25% saving in the cost of blocks. Blocks produced with Fal-G binder gains more strength by aging while the cement blocks the strength is lost in course of time. prem nath & brothers offers Pan Mixers with heavy rollers of100/ 200 Kgs each for thorough and efficient grinding of the Fal-G compound. The machine has a brimful capacity of 250 Kgs and can produce in excess of 200Kg per batch. A batch of Fal-G compounding generally completed in 5 minutes. For the tough job of grinding the compound and mixing aggregates, it requires a sturdy drive and this pan mixer is provided with a single/ ‘Double Reduction Gear Box’ with hardened and ground steel gears of automobile origin. These gears will give very long life with trouble-free performance. The machine generally supplied along with a 7.5 HP/1440 rpm Electrical Motor and starter, and can be installed almost immediately without any need for foundation. The machine has a welded tank with thick mild steel plate and has a replaceable wear plate. Heavily supported cultivator plates mixes the compound and aggregates thoroughly.
