At Jeevmoksha Yoga Gurukul rishikesh, our TTC program will allow you to dive deeper into your practice, its understanding and implementation, doesn’t matter whether you are a beginner or an advanced yogi. The course will prove to be a transformational experience in terms of your grounding into the traditional and authentic definitions and discipline of Yoga. Daily practice will include yoga, pranayama, and meditation, Pranayama (breathing exercises), sun salutations, asana, mudra, bandha, meditation & practical philosophy and Mindfulness Meditation.
